What you do as the AIS Youth Ambassador?
Lead awareness campaign
Raise your voice and let it the world hear about your concerns about our ocean and how we can help restore it! Create campaigns with other youth to disseminate such cause.
Connect with locals and youth from other countries
Create a network with your local communities and organization to understand their struggles and how can we support their efforts to create a better future.
Create impactful programme together
Collaborate with fellow youth to host an impactful programme, from the ideation and execution, with AIS Forum.
The Archipelagic and Island States (AIS) Forum is a global initiative that brings together 47 archipelagic and island nations to take part in a collective forum addressing challenges such as climate change adaptation and mitigation, natural disaster resillience, blue economy and eco-tourism, marine plastic debris and ocean governance.
We are seeking the help of youth ambassadors to share their interest in the blue economy and their passion for climate change awareness who support the work of AIS Forum, which is under UNDP. Register now before 16 September 2022!
